How to become a WAMITAB centre
Thank you for your interest in becoming a WAMITAB. In order to prepare for approval you will need to download the following documents:

Once you have checked that you have everything in place to be approved as a centre, please complete the application form and return it to WAMITAB along with an account application form if you wish to be invoiced for candidate registrations. (Otherwise you will need to send a cheque with registration forms.)

All of the above documents and others you will need for the running of the centre are available via the “Centre Information” button on the right.
Once we receive your application, we will send your details to one of our External Verifiers, who will contact you to arrange a convenient time to visit and take forward Centre Approval. The cost of an approval visit is £650 (2009 price)
