Albion Environmental‘s aim is to provide top quality training and consultancy to the Waste and Construction Industries. The company only uses highly qualified and experienced staff who have many years experience working within the Waste and Construction industry. This experience is used to provide the high quality of training and services that the Waste and Construction industry requires.
All our staff currently complete CPD records for a range of professional organisations including, WAMITAB, CIWM and IOSH. This ensures all our staff current with changes within the sector.
We have documented procedures in our Management System to ensure CPD records for all staff are maintained and monitored. Staff will not be permitted to work on specific areas of work unless their qualifications and experience are suitable and sufficient for the work. We review CPD and training issues twice per year at our Management Meetings.
As an organisation where 100% of our work is relationship based and 30% of our work comes from training and developing other companies’ staff we believe it is fundamental to retain and develop experienced and qualified staff. As a team, our key strength is the level of experience dealing with a range of clients and training organisations allowing us the flexibility to deliver a wide range of courses.
We operate an accredited ISO9001 quality management system and as such have systems in place for receiving and recording feedback from both clients arranging courses and the actual candidates.
