The End Point Assessment journey
End-Point Assessment is the final element of an Apprenticeship; it is carried out by an independent End Point Assessment Organisation to assess competence against an Apprenticeship Standard assessment plan.
The journey an Apprentices undertaking end-point assessment through WAMITAB Assessment will take looks like this.

End-Point Assessment cost
Apprenticeship Standards are assigned a maximum funding band by the Institute for Apprenticeships; a proportion of this is to be paid for end-point assessment. The maximum amount that funding will support is 20% of the funding band.
WAMITAB Assessment doesn’t charge a standard tariff because we believe that every organisation and Apprentice’s needs are different. We use the recommended Apprenticeship Standard tariff as a guideline, but tailor each end-point assessment package to suit specific needs. This approach ensures our customers only pay for what they need.
